We meet on the last Wednesday of every month at 4 pm PT. The program includes live group sessions on Zoom, and a select group of participants can receive private coaching sessions with Rhodes, alongside a robust suite of support to guide your daily practices.

I love helping values-driven leaders build belonging spaces from the inside out. Together, we co-create interventions that address the sting of social exclusion experienced by those most likely to feel invisible, discouraged, disconnected, and shamed at work.
Tragically, even in the powerful Belonging Movement, I encounter leaders on the verge of giving up on their vision for a belonging society. They report caring more about building healthier cultures than their employers do, and they admit that they can't do it alone.
That's why I spent the past two decades working with many leadership teams, researching, testing, measuring, evaluating, and changing promising practices that help leaders create the conditions for belonging at work. What I have learned along the way is now enshrined in my bestselling books, Belonging at Work and Imagine Belonging.
