Learn somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system when the stakes are high. You will build the muscle memory required to withstand "extinction bursts" of old habits, allowing you to remain grounded in your authenticity even when chaos strikes.

WEEK 5: TRANSFORM
Navigate the expected grief of letting go of the old ways of being and design your "somatic resume" to chart your evolution. You will recognize your growth from simply describing the leader you want to be to witnessing yourself being this honest version of yourself.

WEEK 6: LEAD
Integrate your internal transformation to ignite an external reinvention of your team culture. Learn how to hold space for generative conflict and deep connection, proving that a regulated leader is the catalyst for building high-performing teams.
